The site plan for Murrelet Place is a mix of building sizes, trees, landscape design and natural exterior colours and finishings that makes for a vibrant neighbourhood and homes with distinctive character.

In creating this plan, there was also a desire to preserve as many existing mature trees as possible, as well as a rare pine bog ecosystem found onsite.
